Atle Østrem, which is an amazing artist (who also happens to be my boyfriend) had the opening for his exhibition, "Nothing's changed, everything's the same, still painting them same old faces" the other day. The exhibition will last for two weeks, so if you live around the Stavanger area, you should definitely take a trip to the gallery and have a look.

I desperately want a new (or a few new) pair(s) of shoes! But I find it hard as I'm not sure about what I actually want. I do think the brown Acne ankle boots are perfect, but they are probably out of my budget right now. But these Ganni shoes are a bit closer to what I had in mind. The black ones suit an everyday look, and the grey ones more for a party look. I like them both a lot, though the heels might be a bit too high for me to wear an entire day at work..

Me and my class have been working on a mini collection assignment for the past month. The tutors for it was the Norwegian menswear designer Siv Støldal, the English stylist Thom Murphy and the English jewelry designer Scott Wilson. We also had a colaboration with the metal students that made the jewelry for the clothing. My inspiration was my interest in music and going to concerts and hardcore shows and also June and her interest in feminism. I wanted to make clothes for a woman that`s strong and still feminine.

We had to have a photoshoot of the clothes as the ending result of the assignment, and mine took place in the practice room to the band Death is not Glamorous.
